The U.K.-based RBW EV Cars builds new, handcrafted sports cars inspired by those on the market during the 1960s to 1970s. For those vehicles destined for sale in the U.S., RBW will assemble those right here in the U.S., in Danville, Virginia, roughly 20 minutes away from Virginia International Raceway.

What’s the chief advantage of this for customers? It will dramatically cut down the shipping time, with no large ocean to cross. RBW EV Cars expects production to begin at the facility in February 2025.
Furthermore, just because RBW is British, it doesn’t mean the company only offers right-hand drive (but still expect a Union Jack under the bonnet).
